FRESHWIND is blessed to have a leadership team who is truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His Will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Minister Ralph McKnight

Interim Pastor

Evangelist Ralph McKnight was appointed in 2021 to serve as Assistant Pastor at FRESHWIND - a Ministry of Mt. Zura Full Gospel Baptist Church. He previously served as a minister at PASSAGE Family Church in Gainesville, FL. He is currently serving as our Interim Pastor.

Minister McKnight, a licensed and ordained minister, was called to the role of evangelist following the death of his father in 1988.  Over the past 35 years, he assumed many roles in the church as choir member, usher, and van driver, and he enjoyed serving on the usher board and church leadership board. Minister McKnight was able to draw upon his excellent leadership skills ministering as Youth Department Leader, Associate Pastor of Prayer Ministries, and Director of Outreach Ministries.

Minister McKnight was born and raised in Gainesville, FL. He has been married to his lovely wife Diane McKnight for 33 years. Together they have 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, gardening, cooking, and collecting coins.

He flows in the gifts of healing and prophecy.

Loving the Lord, loving people, and soul winning are his greatest pursuits in life.
